We have been retained by our client, a successful plastics manufacturing company who deal with high volume production, to appoint a process engineer. reporting to the production manager, your role as process engineer will command a strong mechanical background coupled with experience of pneumatics and hydraulics to support a role that drives engineering change, promoting & developing tool change-overs and cycle reduction times, and identifying areas for production efficiencies, production machine maintenance, optimisation & conditioning. it will be deemed an advantage if you have some working understanding of electrical applications, but this is not essential as full training will be provided. we will welcome applications from candidates with proven experience of injection moulding, extrusion moulding and blow moulding disciplines. all applicants must have good clear communication skills and an eager & enthusiastic aptitude. this position will suit either a moulding technician, process engineer or maintenance...
