Production shift manager - permanent - hull - £30,000 to £33,000 production shift manager required to join a successful food manufacturing business based in the hull area. reporting to the manufacturing manager you will be responsible for managing a designated production team, plant and materials in a culture of employee involvement and continuous improvement. other duties will include taking full responsibility for meeting the production plan and within the quality standards, making decisions around budgetary control and maximising the plant performance. working a double day shift of 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm this role offers a salary of £30k to £33k with the opportunity for further development. suitable applicants will have a hnd, degree or equivalent with management experience within a food production or similar environment. applicants will have a strong h&s awareness with a proven track record and understanding of lean manufacturing principles and delivering results. the site is c...
