Rents officer

Carlisle
An experienced rents officer is required for a temporary contract within a large housing association based in carlisle, the job role includes: • managing the rental income for a large patch of properties • assisting tenants to manage any rent arrears they may have • carrying out home visits where required • reporting into the income team leader • processing arrears to evictions if required • liaison with outside organisations where required • working with tenants to maintain their tenancy where ever possible the ideal candidate will have: • previous experience within a similar housing role • excellent communication skills • ability to manage own work load • full driving licence and access to own transport apply now to avoid disappointment we welcome applications from candidates of all ages. candidates must be eligible to live and work in the uk. salary: £8 - £12 per hour. date posted: 03/05/2012
